These are the terms of participation in the "Flop Kings" promotion ("Promotion"), conducted by the operator ("PokerPlanets") of this website, client application with graphical user interface, and mobile application ("Website"). Your continued use of the Website signifies full agreement with the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Participants in the Promotion must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is greater). At any time, you may be required to provide PokerPlanets (or a third party on behalf of PokerPlanets) with a government-issued ID (passport or other valid photo ID) to verify your age and/or identity. Players who are unable to provide such proof upon request will be disqualified from the Promotion and barred from accessing the Website.

2. By participating in the Promotion, you grant PokerPlanets the right to use your username, likeness, voice, and photographs for marketing and advertising purposes in any media without any compensation and expressly waive any claims against PokerPlanets in this regard.

3. Employees and relatives of employees of PokerPlanets, as well as any individuals who are partners or otherwise connected to PokerPlanets, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. In this context, "relative" means spouse, partner, parent, child, sibling, or sibling-in-law.

4. By participating in the Promotion, you release PokerPlanets, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any damage received in connection with participation in the Promotion.

5. PokerPlanets reserves the right to modify these Promotion terms at any time at its sole discretion, including canceling, altering, or postponing the Promotion if PokerPlanets believes that the Promotion cannot be conducted in accordance with the described terms.

6. Participants in the Promotion must adhere to all policies and rules of PokerPlanets, as published on the Website.

7. Strict rules on multi-account play will apply during the Promotion. PokerPlanets reserves the right to disqualify any player suspected of participating in the Promotion using multiple accounts. The decision on the penalty for violating these terms will be made by PokerPlanets.

8. The Promotion starts on October 1, 2026 at 12:00 (UTC+3) and ends on October 13, 2026 at 11:59 (UTC+3) (the "Promotion Period").

9. The Promotion Period consists of 12 (twelve) game days (the "Game Days"). Each Game Day starts at 12:00 (UTC+3) and ends at 11:59 (UTC+3) on the following day. The first Game Day runs from September 30, 2026 at 12:00 (UTC+3) to October 1, 2026 at 11:59 (UTC+3), and the last Game Day runs from October 11, 2026 at 12:00 (UTC+3) to October 12, 2026 at 11:59 (UTC+3). A hand counts towards the Game Day in which it started.

10. The Promotion terms automatically apply to all PokerPlanets players.

11. The Promotion is held in a tournament format: during each Game Day, players earn tournament points for every flop seen at the cash tables participating in the Promotion and are ranked on the leaderboards of that Game Day according to the total number of tournament points earned during that Game Day. The leaderboards are reset at the start of every Game Day.

12. Hold’em and Omaha real money cash tables participate in the Promotion. Bomb pot hands participate in the Promotion on general terms.

13. Tournament points are awarded for every flop seen: a player earns tournament points if they were in the hand at the moment the flop was dealt and rake was paid in the hand.

14. The leaderboards are divided into three tiers depending on the table limits (the "Tiers"). Each Tier has its own leaderboard and its own prize pool for every Game Day:

- Low Tier — limit 0.01/0.02;

- Medium Tier — limits 0.05/0.1, 0.1/0.25 and 0.25/0.5;

- High Tier — limits 0.5/1, 1/2 and 2.5/5.

15. The number of tournament points for a flop seen depends on the table limit:

- Low Tier: 0.01/0.02 — ×1;

- Medium Tier: 0.05/0.1 — ×1; 0.1/0.25 — ×2.5; 0.25/0.5 — ×5;

- High Tier: 0.5/1 — ×1; 1/2 — ×2; 2.5/5 — ×5.

16. Tournament points earned at Hold’em and Omaha cash tables at all limits of one Tier are combined in the single leaderboard of that Tier. A player may participate in several Tiers at the same time when playing at limits of different Tiers; each Tier counts only the tournament points earned at the limits of that Tier.

17. If two or more players earn the same number of tournament points, the player who reached that score first will receive the higher ranking.

18. The leaderboards of the current Game Day and the results of past Game Days are published on the Promotion website https://playflopkings.com/.

19. The prize pool of each Game Day is 835 (eight hundred thirty-five) USD, and the total prize pool of the Promotion for 12 (twelve) Game Days is 10,020 (ten thousand twenty) USD. The prize pool is credited in Cash Money (C$) and is distributed among the top players of the Tier leaderboards at the end of each Game Day (the "Reward").

20. The prize pool of the Low Tier for each Game Day is 35 (thirty-five) USD and is distributed among the top 15 (fifteen) players of the leaderboard of this Tier at the end of the Game Day:

- 1st place — 5 (five) USD in Cash Money (C$5);

- 2nd place — 4 (four) USD in Cash Money (C$4);

- 3rd–4th places — 3 (three) USD in Cash Money (C$3) each;

- 5th place — 2.5 (two and a half) USD in Cash Money (C$2.5);

- 6th–10th places — 2 (two) USD in Cash Money (C$2) each;

- 11th–15th places — 1.5 (one and a half) USD in Cash Money (C$1.5) each.

21. The prize pool of the Medium Tier for each Game Day is 350 (three hundred fifty) USD and is distributed among the top 30 (thirty) players of the leaderboard of this Tier at the end of the Game Day:

- 1st place — 40 (forty) USD in Cash Money (C$40);

- 2nd place — 30 (thirty) USD in Cash Money (C$30);

- 3rd place — 25 (twenty-five) USD in Cash Money (C$25);

- 4th–5th places — 20 (twenty) USD in Cash Money (C$20) each;

- 6th–8th places — 15 (fifteen) USD in Cash Money (C$15) each;

- 9th–20th places — 10 (ten) USD in Cash Money (C$10) each;

- 21st–30th places — 5 (five) USD in Cash Money (C$5) each.

22. The prize pool of the High Tier for each Game Day is 450 (four hundred fifty) USD and is distributed among the top 15 (fifteen) players of the leaderboard of this Tier at the end of the Game Day:

- 1st place — 100 (one hundred) USD in Cash Money (C$100);

- 2nd place — 60 (sixty) USD in Cash Money (C$60);

- 3rd place — 45 (forty-five) USD in Cash Money (C$45);

- 4th place — 35 (thirty-five) USD in Cash Money (C$35);

- 5th place — 30 (thirty) USD in Cash Money (C$30);

- 6th–7th places — 25 (twenty-five) USD in Cash Money (C$25) each;

- 8th–9th places — 20 (twenty) USD in Cash Money (C$20) each;

- 10th–15th places — 15 (fifteen) USD in Cash Money (C$15) each.

23. If, at the end of a Game Day, a Tier leaderboard has fewer players with tournament points than paid places, the unoccupied paid places are not paid out.

24. A player may receive no more than 1 (one) Reward per Tier per Game Day.

25. The Reward is credited to the player’s Account within 48 (forty-eight) hours after the end of the relevant Game Day.

26. Cash Money (C$) is a special type of funds that can only be used in cash games. It is used to pay rake and place bets at the tables. If a player loses a hand while using C$, the funds are converted into real money for the participant who won them. The balance of Cash Money is displayed in the cashier section of the player’s Account. The nominal value of 1 (one) C$ is equal to 1 (one) USD.

27. Cash Money remains on the player’s balance as C$ if:

- it was not used in a hand;

- the player won a hand where C$ was used (less the rake).

28. At the end of the Promotion, the player who finished in 1st place of a Tier leaderboard on the highest number of Game Days additionally receives the right to use the special avatar of that Tier in the PokerPlanets client. Each Tier has its own avatar.

29. If several players of the same Tier finished in 1st place on an equal number of Game Days, each of them receives the right to use the special avatar of that Tier.

30. If a player qualifies for the special avatar in several Tiers, they choose one of them.

31. The PokerPlanets support team will contact the players who qualified for the special avatar within 48 (forty-eight) hours after the end of the Promotion Period and offer to set the avatar. The avatar is set at the player’s own choice: if the player declines the avatar or does not respond, the avatar is not set, and this does not affect the receipt of the Reward.

32. The special avatar received as part of this Promotion will remain valid until October 31, 2026 inclusive.

33. Only the player whose details are registered in the Account is eligible to receive the Reward under this Promotion. This rule applies to each IP address and/or device.

34. A player has no right to obligate PokerPlanets to fulfill any contract terms or reimburse any expenses or costs without prior written permission from PokerPlanets.

35. In the event of disputes regarding eligibility, Reward receipt, and these participation terms, the final decision will be made by the management of PokerPlanets. Such a decision is binding and not subject to appeal by the participant or any third party.

36. These Promotion terms and any related matters are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.
